Question: What is the role of a customer service rep at Simon Roofing?
Answer: Customer service is our number one priority at Simon Roofing, and the first thing we look for in prospective agents is great communication skills. Not just via phone, but also email as well. We want to make sure our customers are confident in the information that we’re giving them. We’re also looking for team players who are not only self-sufficient but also self-motivated. If there’s a situation that requires them to follow up, we want somebody who is going to take it upon themselves to go the extra mile and make sure our customers are happy.
