Question: What is an example of how the customer service center resolved a roofing issue?

Answer: During the most hurricane season, for example, we received an onslaught of calls for roof blow-offs and related extensive damage. In the Carolinas, there were areas that you couldn’t even access, but fortunately, we had some employees nearby who we could contact to safely assess the damage. From there, as soon as we could safely get a team on the roof we were able to minimize the damage for our customers.
