Financial Institution Three-Course Roof Repair
LOCATION: NEW HOLLAND, PA
OBJECTIVE:
This bank was experiencing a leak in the employee break room with the water entry being visible through the ceiling tiles. Simon Roofing was dispatched to the location to resolve the leak.

Solution:
Because roof leaks tend to travel, the source of the leak and the actual water dripping inside may not be directly above one other. Once arriving on-site, the Simon technician examined the internal entry points, and took photos and measurements. All this documentation was recorded directly into the technician’s tablet for quality control and warranty purposes.
The technician was able to identify loose laps on the roof as the source of the leak. The repair was then completed using a three-course solution comprised of Simon Roofing’s self-manufactured product designed specifically for EPDM roofs. This included coating the 100 sq. ft. around the repair that allowed for a 2-year repair warranty.
