Annually (once per year), Simon Roofing professionals will perform the following services
on roofs covered by the XtraLife Warranty Protection Plan:
Inspection and reporting
- Inspect the roof(s) to determine current condition and necessary repairs
Extensive preventative maintenance performed on
- Metal edge flashings
- Parapets and base flashings
- Projection flashings
- Roof membrane
- Scuppers, gutters and drains
Housekeeping
- Removal of incidental debris from roof membrane,
drains, gutters and scuppers
- Disposal of debris in customer-supplied waste containers
Additional special services
- Toll-free number for leak response.
- At customer's request, roof will be inspected for damage from hail or
other elements following major storm activity. Storm reports, monitoring and
follow-up provided as needed.

materials and address them immediately. At the same time, routine tasks are
performed to keep the roof functioning at optimum performance levels.
